I am here to help. I provide therapy services to adults, specializing in trauma, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and life transitions. I use combined therapy approaches, including EMDR, to help individuals find the healing and freedom they are looking for. I know that your circumstances are unique, and I believe that you already hold the intuition, wisdom, and answers to reclaim the life you want.

Self-pay rate: $165 FOR 60 MIN SESSION

I accept payment via cash, check, or card (HSA included). I can also provide a superbill that you can provide to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

For cancellations made under 24 hours, I do charge the full, self-pay session fee.

Virtual therapy, also known as online therapy or teletherapy, allows us to have our therapy sessions remotely, using video conferencing or phone calls. This means you can receive therapy services from the comfort of your own home or any private, convenient location within Arizona.

To start, we'll schedule our sessions just like we would for in-person therapy. I'll send you a secure link or phone number to connect to our session at the scheduled time.

Virtual therapy offers several benefits, including increased accessibility, convenience, and flexibility. It can be particularly useful for individuals with mobility issues, those living in remote areas, or those who prefer the comfort and privacy of receiving therapy from home. It's a safe, confidential, and effective way to receive the support you need to navigate life's challenges.

How does virtual therapy work?

First, we will identify the goals, desires, and healing you want to see in your life. We will then explore past experiences that influenced the emotional distress, anxiety, and lack of fulfillment you are experiencing. From here, we will use different approaches to work on healing any negative effects these experiences have had on you.

Through our time together, I will help you extinguish shame, develop self-compassion, and begin loving yourself again. You’ll learn what it means to connect back to your true self, learn the skills to cope with distressing emotions, and build the confidence to overcome whatever life may bring. You will be able to trust yourself to navigate the unknowns of life, ultimately being able live in the present moment with hope and joy.

In the end, the hope is that you find the purpose and healing you have needed all along.
